How Mentorship Works

We exclusively accept applications from junior and senior students, as well as graduates, of accredited four-year U.S. colleges and universities. Applicants must be interested in applying to law school during the 2024-2025 or 2025-2026 admissions cycles.

We assess applicants based on the following key criteria:

  • Academic Excellence

  • Passion for Law

  • Dedication to Community Service

  • Leadership

  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Each selected applicant will be paired with one of our mentors. Throughout their journey with Underrepresented, mentees can expect to receive comprehensive JD application support, including résumé review, essay editing, and assistance with interview preparation. Please note that LSAT tutoring is not included or provided.

Our mentorship program operates nationwide, connecting mentors and mentees across the country
