How Mentorship Works

APPLY

We exclusively accept applications from junior and senior students, as well as graduates, of accredited four-year U.S. colleges and universities. Applicants must be interested in applying to law school during the 2026-2027 or 2027-2028 admissions cycles. 

SELECT

We assess applicants based on the following key criteria:

  • Dedication to Community Service

  • Leadership 

  • Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

SUPPORT

Each selected applicant will be paired with one of our mentors. Throughout their journey with Underrepresented, mentees can expect to receive comprehensive JD application support, including résumé review, essay editing, and assistance with interview preparation. Please note that LSAT tutoring is not included or provided.
